Company was established in Malaysia, marking the beginning of its journey into innovative health supplements.
2007
Established a manufacturing facility in Semenyih to enhance production capabilities and support growing market demand, while simultaneously expanding internationally by entering the Indonesian market as part of its regional growth strategy.
2008
Expanded the facility to five production lines; obtained GMP certification from the Ministry of Health; established Bioalpha R&D Sdn Bhd focusing on research and development; awarded BioNexus Status as a national biotechnology company.
2009
Awarded the 'Enterprise 50' Award.
2010
Established a 300-acre herbal farm in Desaru, Johor to secure raw material supply; received an 'AA Rating' corporate grading certification from SME Corp.

Appointed by the Ministry of Agriculture as the anchor company for High-Value Herbal Products development and initiated liquid fermentation process production.
2013
Set up a new factory in Bangi; Malaysia's PNS became a substantial shareholder; signed an MoU with MyAngkasa Holdings for collaboration in pharmacy retail.
2014
Bangi facility received GMP certification; appointed by ECERDC (East Coast Economic Region Development Council) as the developer for the integrated herbal park in Pasir Raja, spanning 123 acres.

Successfully listed on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market; received the Sin Chew Business Excellence Award; obtained SME Corp '4-Star' Manufacturing Competitive Rating; recognized with the BioNexus International Achievement Award.
2016
Acquired the Constant pharmacy chain and expanded into Greater Kuala Lumpur; established a manufacturing facility in Kampar, Indonesia.
2017
Established Hong Kong subsidiary Bioalpha (HK) Limited; obtained a liquid fermentation patent; launched a CSR initiative in Johor by collaborating with farmers on Kacip Fatimah planting and buy-back programs to support rural communities.

Pasir Raja herbal park was officiated by the Sultan of Terengganu; successfully entered the China market and signed a significant memorandum of collaboration.
2019
Announced research collaboration outcomes with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and received grant support from the Hong Kong government.
2020
Signed supply and collaboration agreements with partners in China to further strengthen product coverage and supply chain integration.
