DATO' HAJI MOHD YAZID BIN HAJI MUSTAFA

Independent Non-Executive Chairman

Dato' Haji Mohd Yazid Bin Haji Mustafa ("Dato' Haji") was appointed to the Board of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman on 04 September 2023.

High Court Judge for more than 15 years, Dato' Haji retired from the Judiciary service in December 2022.

Prior to his judgeship, Dato' Haji served in various capacities both in courts and the Attorney-General's Chambers as Sessions Court Judge, Magistrate, Senior Assistant Registrar of the High Court, Deputy Public Prosecutor, Senior Federal Counsel, Chairman of the Cooperative Tribunal, and Registrar of the High Court.

Post-retirement, Dato' Haji continues to serve as a Court of Appeal judge of the Terengganu Syariah Courts.

Dato' Haji offers a broad range of legal services including counsel work, advisory, and litigation strategies.

MISS ANG WAN JOO

Ms. Ang Wan Joo (“Ms. Ang”) was appointed to the Board of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad as Executive Director on 02 September 2025. She is a member of the Share Issuance Scheme Option Committee.

Ms. Ang graduated with Associate Degree in Pharmacy from MAHSA University.

As Founder & Director of D'COEUR from 2016 to present, Ms. Ang Wan Joo established a premium brand, expanded it into seven international markets, and pioneered the 2017 industry-recognized Hair Perfume Treatment. Prior to this, she was a Product Specialist at Sun Pharmaceutical from 2015 to 2016, where she managed product portfolios and building key client relationships, following a role from 2013 to 2015 at Sarawak General Hospital providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care and ensuring regulatory compliance.

MR KOO KIEN YOON

Mr. Koo Kien Yoon (“Mr. Koo”) was appointed to the Board of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad as Executive Director on 04 April 2025. He is a member of the Risk Management Committee, the Chairman of the Investment Committee and the Chairman of the Share Issuance Scheme Option Committee.

Mr. Koo graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of the West of Scotland (Scotland).

Mr. Koo has 30 years of extensive and varied working experience in public relations and business management.

He served as a Public Relations Officer at Ipoh Specialist Centre from 1996 to 1997. He later held roles such as Product Manager of Radcoflex Sdn. Bhd. (2000-2004), Business Development Manager of Polyflo Sdn. Bhd. (2004-2007), Freelance Consultant at Soo Minn Korea (2008-2010), Business Development Director of VRC Sdn. Bhd. and VRC ENT (2010-2012), and Product Manager of Amer Sports Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (2011-2012). He was also Sales & Marketing Executive of Polyflo Sdn. Bhd. (1997-2000) and a Director at Jeratek Sdn. Bhd. (2012-2013).

Mr. Koo previously served as Executive Director at Biosis Group Berhad from March 2013 to 2016 and has managed a retail chain since 2016.

He is currently the Executive Director of Lambo Group Berhad and Vsolar Group Berhad, both listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), as well as JOE Holding Berhad and Sinaran Advance Group Berhad on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

DR TAN KENG HOW

Dr. Tan Keng How ("Dr. Jodness") was appointed to the Board of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad as Executive Director on 19 June 2025. He is a member of the Share Issuance Scheme Option Committee.

Dr. Jodness graduated with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana.

Dr. Jodness is the Chief Executive Officer of HWT Group Berhad, a company he co-founded with his father at the young age of 19. He has led the company in launching media company and expanding into B2B services like brand marketing, event management, and IT development. Since 2015, he has also been the co-founder of Shambala Kidz Leadership Preschool.

Dr. Jodness is a brand strategist and corporate advisor, helping businesses grow and optimize their operations.

MR YEE YIT YANG

Mr. Yee Yit Yang ("Mr. Yee") was appointed to the Board of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 01 June 2022. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Investment Committee and the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.

Mr. Yee is a member of CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting & Finance) from La Trobe University, Australia.

Mr. Yee began his career with Deloitte Tohmatsu, an international accounting firm upon his graduation in Australia in 1990. After spending approximately 3 years with them, he joined the corporate finance division of Affin Investment Bank in which he was involved in various assignments, such as IPO, regional mergers and acquisitions as well as fund raising for both listed and non-listed companies.

After approximately 7 years with Affin Investment Bank, he left to join a leading listed supermarket chain stores in Malaysia as Head of Corporate Planning. During his tenure with them, he was instrumental in raising the corporate profile by raising funds for the purpose of acquisition of related business.

In 2008, he left the Group to join another listed company, which is principally involved in property investment and health care business as Head of Corporate Finance. During his stay with them, he had completed a fund raising exercise for the purpose of consolidation the property investment division as well as acquisition of a renowned healthcare company based in USA. Currently, he is involved in a private corporate consultancy business.

MISS TAN SU NING

Ms. Tan Su Ning ("Ms. Tan") was appointed to the Board of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 04 September 2023. She is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Risk Management Committee, Investment Committee and the Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee.

Ms. Tan graduated with an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London (external) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.

Ms. Tan started her legal practice with an established law firm in 2018. She subsequently joined Messrs Lim Chong Phang & Amy and Messrs Chong + Kheng Hoe in 2019. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, including breaches of directors' duties, shareholders' disputes, as well as litigation concerning capital market and securities laws. She also advises public and private corporations on legal and regulatory compliance and is currently a partner of Messrs Terrence & Co.

Ms. Tan currently sits on the Board of Jadi Imaging Holdings Berhad, LKL International Berhad, Sersol Berhad, and Fast Energy Holdings Berhad.

MR TAN SHING YEOU

Mr. Tan Shing Yeou (Mr. Tan) was appointed to the Board of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 30 June 2026. He is a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Chairperson of the Audit Committee and the Chairperson of the Nomination Committee.

Mr. Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Mr. Tan is a distinguished private equity professional, capital fund manager, and serial entrepreneur who has emerged as a pioneering force in the application of artificial intelligence across investment management, consumer wellness commerce, agribusiness, and corporate finance advisory. Combining intellectual rigour with a forward-looking technology outlook, Mr. Tan has built and stewarded multiple investment vehicles and commercial enterprises with a consistent focus on governance integrity, risk-adjusted returns, and sustainable value creation, driven by the deliberate deployment of AI-driven systems and data-centric frameworks across operations. As the founding General Partner of LAS Capital PLT and Borneo Development Capital Fund, Mr. Tan brings deep expertise in AI-powered fund management, predictive investment analytics, and enhanced portfolio governance. Mr. Tan concurrent leadership as Managing Director of Worldlink Wellness Sdn. Bhd., the parent company of the Hong Jue Tang consumer wellness brand, has enabled him to advance AI-driven e-commerce personalisation and predictive consumer health analytics within Malaysia's digital retail landscape. At LAS Plantation PLT, Mr. Tan leads the adoption of smart precision agriculture supported by AI-enhanced operational systems to modernise traditional plantation management.
