Bioalpha operates two of the largest herbal farms in Malaysia, which are located in Pasir Raja, Terengganu and Desaru, Johor with a total acreage of approximately 1,304 acres. Large supply of raw materials for our in-house production of herbal health supplements and continuous expansion of product variety are made possible through precise agricultural techniques and sustainable farming best practices.
At our herbal parks, we have planted over 20 types of herbs and spices, such as Tongkat Ali, Kacip Fatimah, Hempedu Bumi, Roselle, Dukung Anak, Pecah Beling, Lemongrass, Ginger, Black Pepper and Soursop, to name a few. Our herbal farms adhere to the Malaysian Good Agriculture Practices (MyGAP) issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry that require good practices of agriculture in the context of social and environment, ensuring high quality and safety in consumption of produce, as well as preservation of natural ecosystem.
